Once your order has left The EbonyJ Brand shipping facility, we are no longer reponsible for orders. If your order is insured depending on weight of order, you may file a claim with your shipping carrier to try and retrieve your order or receive a refund with them. We are not reponsible and reserve the right to not replace the order.
